[IPython-dev] Packaging also the debug version ipython_d.exe for MS-Windows

Hi,

thank you for the reply.   That seems to work, also with its dependencies.
Before the previous email has been launched, I tried `python -m ipython`
which didn't work, until I realized that the case matters even on Windows.
