I've created a more sophisticated delegate wrapper now.  You can
download the additional code from

You would then need to change ReflectedEvent.__iadd__ to
handler = DelegateMaker.Make(info.EventHandlerType, func);
and Ops.GetDelegate to read
return DelegateMaker.Make(delegateType, o);
