[IronPython] Why not post patches?

...which sort of begs another question: If there is to be an 'IronPython
project' ( yes! ) how will that work? Does Jim have time or inclination
to manage this? Should someone else / some group step in / should there
be a process for making decisions like that?

I mean, someone could just start a sourceforge project ( assuming
sourceforge is working again ) but that may not be Jim's preference, or
that of other interested people.
