[IronPython] Lightweight Code Generation?

Hey,
I know it is not in 1.1, and that IronPython 0.6 is built for that,
but that is irrelevant.  It is silly to argue over this.  Mono has
implemented it in cvs, but it does not produce the correct output and
I filed a bug for it.
