It is intended to be exhaustive, generated from 2.3.3 with:

 >>> for obj in vars(__builtin__):
... 	if obj not in checkbi.fepy:
... 	    print obj

where checkbi.fepy is a cut'n'paste copy of dir(__builtin__) in fepy 0.7.1
