[IronPython] Compilation warnings on Mono

>From the presence of warning pragmas, I assume that IronPython is
warning-clean on MS.NET.

Attached is compilation warnings produced by Mono C# Compiler while
compiling IronPython 1.0 Beta 7, and some of them seem to be valid.
