[IronPython] How to install IP on Mono

Well, Mono version in Fedora Core 5 is 1.1.13.4, not 0.11.

Mono version in Fedora Core 5 is too old to run IronPython 1.0. You
need to download the latest version in binary or build from the
source. You cannot use Fedora package.
