[IronPython] Announcing IronEditor - An Editor for IronRuby, IronPython and other DLR languages

Hi Matthew,

Thanks for the kind comments.  My task for the next release is to
improve the editor control, what is there at the moment works but to a
point and could work much nicer.

If you have any other comments or feature requests, please let me know.
