[IronPython] Application Compatibility Documentation on ironpython.info

Hi all,
I've carved out a section of the ironpython.info wiki to document the
compatibility of various python applications (SCons, Trac, etc) and
libraries (Genshi, compiler, etc.). There are links off the Contents
page, and the direct links are:
