[IronPython] app.config for ipy script?

You need to edit ipy.exe.config next to ipy.exe.

I would like to invoke WCF service and hence would like to define the endpoints in a config file. If I am running the python script as :
C:\Mytests>ipy program.py
Where should the app.config file be placed?
