[IronPython] 2.6 Release Plan

Sigh, I've been putting it off trying to get all the goodies into 2.6.

Now would be a good time to ask what people would like to see fixed.
And if I had to take a guess I'd say it'd be a little bit after 
2.6B1 but I should discuss it with the team :)
