[IronPython] IP1.1.2 - Exception Catching

Thanks for the reply Christian.
I have tracked down my issue - only occurring on French 2003 :-)

        Unable to translate bytes [E9] at index 16 from specified code page
to Unicode.

Which is fair enough so I can toughen up the logging and move on.
