(dfugate) Fixed a couple of major problems with the IronPython Tutorial:
- .NET 2.0 SP1 is required, not .NET 2.0
- The link for WPF was to a beta released years ago that has since been removed
In general, the tutorial really needs to be examined with a fine toothed comb to pick out problems like these before 2.6 RC 1.
