[IronPython] [2.6] Byte literals and with statements in nightlies?

Hi,
Both byte literals (#19544) and the with statement (#19534) are marked
as fixed, but I get syntax errors for both using the 48140 nightly
build. Have those fixed not made it to the public code yet?
