I haven't checked to see if it works with 2.6b2, but it should work
with 2.6b1 (I think...):

Dan Eloff wrote it originally; I just put it up.

Both Mako and Genshi can use it; Genshi has some deeper Unicode issues
that I haven't had the time to look in to.
