[IronPython] Missing folders in SVN

I noticed this as well when one of the recent commits came through, figured it was going to be dealt with in good time.

While the plan is to remove support for .NET 2.0 (which required some extra classes) and make .NET 4.0 will be the official target, the project files in IronPython_Main still have all the .NET 2.0 references (with conditionals that MSBuild respects and VS seems to ignore). I assume these will be removed at some point, but until then the IDE is going to report these as issues.
