[IronPython] What happened to InitializeModule() in IP 2.7?

Or you can download IronPython-2.7A1-Bin.zip from
http://ironpython.codeplex.com/releases/view/42434, which has them.

Can this be changed, Dino? It's a couple MB on disk and no difference
to the installer to have them in both places.
