[IronPython] Installing IronPython 2.7b1 over 2.7a1

I saw the same behavior.
I assumed that it was because I was installing a beta version atop an
alpha version.
Uninstalling the alpha version and re-installing the beta version worked
without a hitch.

I saw someone w/ this issue on twitter or stackoverflow or somewhere
like
that. Uninstalling A1 and installing B1 should work. Maybe "0709" is
considered less than "1" due to the leading zero and we just need to be
a little more careful in the future w/ the version numbers.
