[IronPython] fepy's expat.py with xmpp?

FYI, I ended up avoiding the whole issue by replacing both python-xmpp
and pyexpat with a stand-alone open source XMPP library, agsXMPP. It
works quite nicely, especially with the xmppd.py server, on all
