[IronPython] Authenticode Signing of Releases

Resurrecting an old topic...

I just noticed when I loaded a new machine with CPython 2.7, that it
is signed by the Python Software Foundation.

Do you not suppose that, if asked, they would also be willing to sign
other implementations?
