I am using Python 2.7
And that's what I get when I run dir(clr)
['AddReference', 'FindAssembly', 'ListAssemblies', '__doc__', '__file__', '__name__', 'getPreload', 'setPreload']

What version of IP are you using? Also, what do you get if you do a
dir(clr) in the interactive console?
