[Ironpython-users] converting issues from codeplex to github

The issues have been imported to https://github.com/slide/ipimport8/issues.

These issues are the ones that have more than 1 vote or have been updated
since Mar 25, 2013 (I don't know why I picked that date). It is only issues
that are not Resolved or Closed in CodeProject.

I removed the milestone stuff.

Let me know what you think.
