[Ironpython-users] Bytecode Skeleton Implementation

I pushed a branch with a skeleton implementation (very minimal) of bytecode
support. The __hello__ and __phello__ modules are implemented and work
(they are built-in to CPython). Please take a look at [1] and let me know
if you have any feedback.
