[Ironpython-users] Accessing Windows 8.1 Runtime API

Its most likely because the WinRT stuff is done via Winmd files, which I
don't think are currently supported by the clr module for loading and
referencing. I haven't looked at the code, but that is my guess. It
probably something that needs to be looked into.
