On the generic message approval page (example
 http://mail.python.org/mailman/admindb/mailman-users )
you have the following options:

Action to take on all these held messages:
   Defer    	   Accept    	   Reject    	   Discard   

 Preserve messages for the site administrator
 Forward messages (individually) to:
 Add <sender> to a sender filter
   Accepts    	   Holds    	   Rejects    	   Discards   

 Ban <sender> from ever subscribing to this mailing list

When you elect to see all details of the message (example 
http://mail.python.org/mailman/admindb/mailman-users?details=all
) you only have the following subset of options:

Defer     Approve      Reject      Discard     

  	 Preserve message for site administrator
  	 Additionally, forward this message to:

Please include the options to add to the sender filter
and to ban the sender on the "details=all" page.  Also
note that  "accept" changed to "approve", and should be
standardized on one or the other.
