Summary: deletion of lists

Initial Comment:
rmlist should move deleted lists with all data (config, 
archive) into a seperate folder. In case of a mistake (or a 
hack?) it should be possible to restore the list. 
 
Or: Mailman should mark this list for deletion with a 
timestamp and should ignore the existenz of the list 
completly. Another tool can delete those marked lists from 
time to time by a cron-job, if the deletion-timestamp is 
older then X days.
