Initial Comment:
I wanted to get a bit more information on the bounce action 
notification emails, so I could find them easier when a 
member wants to know why he was deactivated.

The following patch adds the list name & member email 
address to the bounce action notification email subject.

Easier to find a specific bounce message if the list and member 
address are on the subject.  You don't have to dig through ALL 
accumulated bounce messages to find one in particular.

I keep bounce messages for a few months so that, if a 
subscriber bounces and wants to know why, I can tell them.  
Often it's a problem with their ISP or spam filters.

Why is this patch necessary when self.real_name and member
are both in the body of the bounce message?  Why put it both
places?
