Strips out all languages except english.

# cd mailman-2.1/messages
# rm -fr big5 cs de es et fi fr hu it ja ko lt nl no
pt_BR ru sv
# cd ../templates
# rm -fr big5 cs de es et fi fr hu it ja ko lt nl no
pt_BR ru sv gb
# cd ../misc
# rm -fr JapaneseCodecs-1.4.9.tar.gz
KoreanCodecs-2.0.5.tar.gz

Partially it's a size-of-distro issue.  Fully i18n Mailman
is huge.  The other problem is that providing patches for
micro releases is a pain because of the binary .mo files.

I don't really see the point of adding this to Mailman, and
keeping this patch open in the patch queue.

Why is it important to disable all languages except english ?
