Using Mailman v2.1.4 & Python v2.3.3.
OS = TRU64 5.1a
Problem only occurs on one mailing list:

The list in question is also shunting all posts. Disabling
the Digest option allowed posts to come through again and
also allowed the posts in te queue to be unshunted.
