Summary: bounce_processing option short description misleading

Initial Comment:
bounce_processing option short description in web
interface is misleading. It states:
"Should Mailman perform automatic bounce processing?"
It suggests that after turning it off there would be
needed manual processing, as opposite to automatic. It
is not so: in extended option description there is:
"however bounce messages will still be discarded so
that the list administrator isn't inundated with them".

I'd suggest rewording this so I the information about
discarding bounces is also in short description. And in
extended description there should be described a way to
allow manual bounce processin - for example by changing
listname-owner alias.

I was hit by this and had to process bounces with log
analyzing... I didn't check extended option description...
