Thanks again, I've find the mailman's vette  log and it said that the
sender has ignored the message thought website interface.

So you're right it seems the sender discarded it as I'm trying to
validate it, searching the password, recreating it... Suprise no more
message! :-)

Now, I understand. I'd should have take a look at logs before opening a
ticket.
