[Bug 587657] [NEW] bin/genaliases throws TypeError if MTA = None.

if MTA = None in mm_cfg.py, genaliases can't do anything, but it should
be more graceful than throwing TypeError: cannot concatenate 'str' and
'NoneType' objects.
