[Bug 1154004] [NEW] Sender address is not validated correctly

Example: message
  From: Badoo <noreply+392367567 at badoo.com> 
to subscriber-only list, with
  Reply-To: silviolanducci at yahoo.it
(presumably subscribed) and
  Sender: wikiit-l-bounces at lists.wikimedia.org
(because of https://bugs.launchpad.net/mailman/+bug/266824) gets delivered without problems.
I think this was supposed to have introduced smarter checks of the sender: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mailman/+bug/266644
