[Bug 1307639] [NEW] No links to source code from any existing documentation

Public bug reported:

It it mentioned, repeatedly, on pythonhosted.org and list.org about how
to build the code, run it, etc including links to bazaar and launchpad,
but at no point do you actually link to https://launchpad.net/mailman
anywhere.  It would be awful convenient actually link there.
