In src/mailman/model/docs/languages.rst there are modified supported languages. The copy of original languages is saved but too late - after first clear() call. It has side effects - sometimes influences tests in "src/mailman/commands/docs/create.rst".
The suggested patch (to make the copy earlier) is in related branch.
