I am not sure but the issue seems to be related with Django 1.8, I found a way around it by installing Django 1.7.7, just go to postorius/setup.py 
Line 42 replace 'django>=1.6' with 'django<1.8'.
Then go to terminal and cd to postorius folder and type 
python setup.py develop
Hopefully this should resolve the issue.
