[Bug 1419132] [NEW] An Organization: header is not removed from posts to anonymous lists.

Public bug reported:

Anonymous lists should always remove any Organization: header.

Also, there was a bug in the fix for
https://bugs.launchpad.net/mailman/+bug/1246039 in that some headers in
ANONYMOUS_LIST_KEEP_HEADERS weren't kept if the regexp included the
trailing ':'. This is fixed here too.
