[Mailman-Developers] Big announcement!

I've got a few things to announce.  First, I've come up w/ a big
Mailman TODO list that is now on the web.  If you want to tackle
something off that list, just let this mailing list know, and go at
it!

Please submit additions, corrections, etc. to me.

Second, as of our next release, Mailman will be released under the Gnu
GPL.

Third, Mailman is now GNU software.  From the next release forward,
it will be distributed by the FSF.  There will be a second web page on
www.gnu.org, which will almost certainly be a mirror of the list.org
web page.

We're going to wait around 3-4 weeks before our next release.  We want
to give everyone time to get their work incorporated into this first
big release (at which time, we'll advertise the software fairly
heavily on the net).
