[Mailman-Developers] Big lists

Hiyas,

How can I (we) set up mailman to handle big (with 25k or more subscribers)
lists?

I mean it would be nice if Mailman sent some mail to a distribution server
which sent the same letter to a subset of subscribers.

It can lower heavily the outgoing traffic.
