[Mailman-Developers] nondelivery report to list

i just saw a non-delivery report (full mailbox) from a postmaster arrive
on the list address... that's kinda odd... probably a really broken
MTA? I haven't seen this happen before since i'm using Mailman...

the MTA seems to be Microsoft Exchange:
