SF is paid for out of VA's Marketting dept.  This explains many
things.

Ahh, this is different than I first understood.  Drop an email to
this effect to Tony (heads the SF project, forget email address) at
VA and CC it to Brian Biles (bbiles@valinux.com) and you should get
a good response.

While Don works at VA, he really isn't involved in SF and so has
little direct say.
