[Mailman-Developers] broken HTML

It seems to be a small bug in mailman 2.0.3, in Mailman/htmlformat.py,
line 281, this _will_ generate broken html like:

<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>soci Admindb Results</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY
<BODY bgcolor="#ffffff">
<h2>Database Updated...</h2><h2>Administrative requests for mailing list: <em>so

Note the double (and first unfinished) <BODY>

If this is still in cvs, somebody please fix. :)
