[Mailman-Developers] change PREFIX and VAR-PREFIX directory ...

Hello,

Is it possible to change the PREFIX directory after an installation ? In
fact, I installed mailman through apt-get/debian and want now to change
the --prefix and the --var-prefix directory into /var/mailman.

Can I add this line below in mm_cfg.py to do that ? or is there another
way ?
        
PREFIX          = '/var/mailman'
