[Mailman-Developers] Mailman design doc

Hi, all. Is there any kind of basic Mailman design document describing
the structure of the code, or even just pointing to the 7 or 8 basic
Mailman source files? I've been teaching our tech support people how
to code in Python, and since we use Mailman, we thought we might spend
a couple of months at the end of the workshop looking at Mailman and
making a few changes that we'd like to have on-site. But without any
kind of roadmap, this is tough.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
