[Mailman-Developers] Bug in mailman 2.0

Ran into a fun but in 2.0 the other day. A European user kept having his
messages held in the moderator queue for not being subscribed, even though
he was.

Turns out his From was encoded:

From: =?iso-8859-1?Q?J=F8rgen?= =?iso-8859-1?Q?_?=
  =?iso-8859-1?Q?N=F8rgaard?= <jnp@anneli.dk>


And mailman can't handle this, even though it's perfectly legal. It can't
find the address to properly validate it as subscribed.....
