Oh jeez, that's just the messages I've actually looked at and buried
thinking "I'll get back to them".  Counts digests as single messages.

I'm not claiming I'm unique or even that bad in our world of geeks.  I
had a boss that had 30k+ messages in his inbox, and simply had his
secretary just delete the whole dang thing.  There's a lot to be said
for "if it's important enough, they'll keep bugging me". :)
