Actually I approve the majority of stuff - since I run all my lists 
with member posting only, but people either post relevant stuff as 
non-members, or they have multiple email addresses and use the wrong 
one.

I also discard a lot of items - however thats a peculiarity of how the 
list is set up in this case.

If mail based moderation is available, then there needs to be an option 
to send more of the original message out with the notification of 
waiting mail - or a way of getting some header and body data back.
