A quick question... In converting another list over from Lyris, I noticed
that Lyris has a way of setting the name of the list so that it appears in the
From: address for each message that comes from the list.  Example:

From: "Mailman Developer's List"<mailman-developers@python.org>

Is there a way to do this now in 2.06?  2.1x?  Or would it just need a 
quick hack of CookHeaders.py?
