[Mailman-Developers] Proposed new subscribeack.txt

Hey, gang. I'm not a regular on this list; please let me know if I 
should follow some other procedure for proposing a new text.

Anyhoo... my users on spamcon.org lists seemed confused by the 
subscribeack.txt text, so I rewrote it. I think the one shown below 
is clearer in the following ways:

1) Warns the reader that the message is important up front
    (most just toss it otherwise)

2) Gives password earlier (in the first screen)

3) Gives unsubscribe instructions early

4) More straightforward overall.

One thing that would improve it is to also give the %(address)s 
string (or whichever one is appropriate) on lines like:

   TO UNSUBSCRIBE:
     unsubscribe %(password)s

I couldn't figure out how to do that. (I couldn't find a list of %()s 
variables. If one exists, I'd appreciate direction.)
