[Mailman-Developers] Mailman/Archiver/HyperArch.py has not been marked for i18n

Hi, 

Luigi Rosa pointed me to the fact that the archive pages are not
translated.  After some digging in the code, I've found that no
string in Mailman/Archiver/HyperArch.py has been marked for 
pygettext extraction.

Is there any reason for this?
